Pantechnicon is home for a playful celebration of Nordic and Japanese creativity and craftsmanship – a story told through food, drink, design and experiences. Come, our doors are open.

Our Spaces

Our restaurants and their menus are inspired by our travels through Japan and the Nordics and they buzz with young and fun energy. Come on a culinary journey from Osaka, Hokkaido to Copenhagen, Reykjavik, Oslo and more.

Bars + Cafés

Kick off with a breakfast in Café Kitsuné, catch up on reading then drift upstairs for a lazy lunch on our roof terrace, sneak in an afternoon tea before a late night aperitif in our cosy Japanese cocktail bar and bottle shop, Sakaya. Then come back and do it all again.

We love that the Japanese and Nordic countries share such a passion for craftsmanship. Inspired, we have scouted and hand-picked beautiful things for you and your home from over 150 brands.

Our teams thrive on creating inspiring new dishes using traditional Japanese and Nordic cooking methods. Wherever possible, they source beautiful local ingredients from our own shores, rivers, land and skies.

On the second floor, our Nordic trained kitchen team invites you into a modern open kitchen and dining space to experience food and drink inspired by the 10 Nordic countries and territories.
