CELEBRATING PRIDE WITH OUR AKT RAINBOW CROISSANT

Café Kitsuné has given our classic croissant a colourful makeover

In celebration of this year’s Pride, Café Kitsuné’s bakery team has given our classic croissant a colourful makeover to create our akt Rainbow Croissant. Featuring an outer multicoloured glaze, cut into the croissant to discover an even bolder burst of colour.

Through this special pastry, we’re proud to be partnering with akt, a UK-based charity tackling youth homelessness within the LGBTQIA+ community. Our akt Rainbow Croissants will be available from 26 June to 23 July and £1 from every croissant sold will be donated to akt and its important cause.

More about akt

The charity was founded in 1989 in Manchester by Cath Hall, a foster carer who took in young LGBTQ+ people who faced rejection by their families or the care system because of their identity. Cath set up akt as a safe space for LGBTQ+ youth in Manchester, and they have since expanded to become a UK-wide charity.
