DELVE INTO ROOF GARDEN’S FRESH SPRING MENU

 

Created by Pantechnicon’s team of head chefs, the new menu at Roof Garden takes inspiration from Japanese and Nordic cooking.

Our team of head chefs at Pantechnicon have teamed up to create a brand new menu at Roof Garden. Taking influences from Japanese and Nordic cooking, it’s beautiful balanced between relaxed and refined – perfect for pairing with cocktails under our glass roof or out on the terrace.

Take our short rib sando – it’s elevated through premium beef that’s marinated for 24 hours then slow cooked for another 12, before being coated in delicate breadcrumbs, resulting in a surprisingly succulent centre.

Further highlights this season include Cornish crab with wild herbs, Mentaiko spaghetti and pork belly with apple and sage. Refined dishes including Arctic Char sashimi, aubergine & kohlrabi, Norwegian cod, and ribeye steak meanwhile offer an extra special dinner or lunch – as well as a taste of our Sachi and Eldr restaurants.
